The process actually begins from the point you make a decision to have MedPath Group, LLC arrange your medical travel plans to a top accredited medical center or hospital destination abroad.

Complete the form and submit your enquiry, quote request with any questions or concerns. We will get back to you at a suitable time to answer your request. You also have the option of reaching us by phone or sending an email from the Contact Us page. 

Once your intention to move forward with the process is confirmed and you have provided us with the necessary information, we will set up consultation by either conference or email with the overseas medical specialist. At that point, you will be able to ask as many questions as possible regarding your procedure and treating physician.

At the end of the consultation, our specialist will determine or confirm if you are a suitable candidate for the procedure. We will then be able to provide you with a final procedure cost/price structure. From the point of your initial consultation and your travel for surgical procedure, we encourage you to continue asking as many questions as you wish. Just let us know and we’ll be glad to help you direct your questions to the surgeon that will be responsible for your treatment while overseas.

When you are comfortable with all your questions being answered, discussed any option for alternative treatment(s) with your doctor, completely understand the risks, benefits and the process involved, we will require that you make a non-refundable REGISTRATION deposit for patient coordination and provisional booking. We will arrange your procedure directly with your overseas doctor and coordinate the accommodation and airport pickup and after-procedure return.

You will provide us with your exact travel dates and flight details at least two weeks prior to the time of your procedure. After we receive your travel arrangement details from you, your patient coordination will be processed and confirmed along with all pre and post-operative instructions for your surgical procedure.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our English-speaking, representatives at the airport who will then transport you to your hotel or arranged accommodation.

The next day after your arrival, you’ll be transported by one of our representatives to your pre-operative appointment with your surgeon. Keep in mind that you are never obligated to go forward with the surgical procedure.

Once your surgery is confirmed with your surgeon as planned, and you’re still comfortable with the decision, your balance payment will be due prior to the surgery. If at any point during the appointment, you or your surgeon believes that your surgical procedure should not go forward, the arranged surgery will be cancelled.

After your post-operative procedure and recuperation period, you should feel refreshed and energized. You will either be ready to return home or enjoy the remainder of your time as a tourist.
